This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Nu-BioLabs, owned and operated by NorthField Ventures LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By placing an order with Nu-BioLabs, you agree to the terms below.
1. Research Products Policy
All products sold by Nu-BioLabs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, storage requirements, product integrity concerns, and contamination risks, we generally do not accept returns once an order has shipped or been delivered.
2. No Returns After Shipment
For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, Nu-BioLabs does not accept returns of research products after they leave our facility.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Opened products
- Unopened products
- Used or partially used products
- Products no longer wanted by the customer
- Products ordered by mistake
- Products delayed by the shipping carrier
- Products affected by improper storage after delivery
3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains an incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To review the issue, we may require:
- Order number
- Full name used on the order
- Clear photos of the package
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of any damaged items
- A description of the issue
Once reviewed, Nu-BioLabs may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
4. Shipping Damage
If your package is damaged during shipping, please keep all packaging materials, including the box, packing slip, label, and product containers.
Shipping damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Nu-BioLabs is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling after delivery, improper storage, or failure to inspect the package in a timely manner.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Nu-BioLabs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly.
At our discretion, we may assist with filing a shipping claim, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Nu-BioLabs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense, depending on product condition and eligibility.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been handed to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@nu-biolabs.shop.
8. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in limited situations, including:
- Duplicate payment
- Order canceled before processing
- Product unavailable after payment
- Verified incorrect item shipped
- Verified damage reported within the required time frame
- Approved customer service exception
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Nu-BioLabs.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Nu-BioLabs is not responsible for delays caused by banks, processors, or financial institutions.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact Nu-BioLabs first before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
We are committed to reviewing legitimate order concerns and working toward a fair resolution.
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in cancellation of future orders, refusal of service, account restriction, and recovery of any fees or losses permitted by law.
11. Product Storage After Delivery
Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage immediately after delivery.
Nu-BioLabs is not responsible for product degradation, damage, or quality concerns caused by improper storage, delayed package retrieval, exposure to heat, freezing, moisture, sunlight, or any other condition after delivery.
12. Final Sale Items
All research products are considered final sale once shipped unless otherwise approved in writing by Nu-BioLabs.
