Refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued at our sole discretion and in accordance with our posted refund policy.

Products that are damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the packaging and product condition.

Charges may appear on your bank or card statement under NorthField Ventures LLC, Nu-BioLabs, or another approved payment descriptor used by our payment processor.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
